
It’s been a long time since I posted anything at all. No excuses! Just didn’t have the ambition.
However, this past fall of 2019, me and my wife took a chocolate making course at the Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver. It was awesome!
The picture shown above is the first of many delectable delights that we created throughout the 8 week course.
I am not going to share any of these recipes simply because they are not mine to share. If you want them, then you will have to go to the Pastry Training Centre in Vancouver and spend the $2000 + k to learn the skill and get the recipes. Chef Marco Röpke is an amazing teacher. Well worth the money.
